I figured it was about time for a thread for this cohort, especially as we're getting close to hear back for the Nov. 2011 SF cohort. Did anyone else apply this cycle?

I am new to this thread and I've been accepted to the SMU ABSN Fall 2011 SF Cohort. I've requested to join the group on Facebook, but am not sure if I've been confirmed. Thanks in advance for advise :)

I just called and they gave me the run around again. I have a really hard time understanding how there could be no update available.

Hi everyone, I was emailing back and forth with an admissions counselor and she said there had been no additional movement on the wait list.

The email I received said "for the month of July," so I'd imagine one week from today?

Hang in there everyone - this sounds really frustrating. It sounds like this is more a case of disorganization due to EB's absence than anything else. I just can't believe there's been NO movement on the list.

I am assuming there are some people on the waitlist that will not have finished their pre-reqs. Maybe we will hear something after the due date of aug 15?

Does anyone have any opinions about the teachers hampton or Reardon, it would be really helpful when picking classes!

I just got an email from EB saying I'm #12. Looks like she's back.

Well I'm glad someone heard from her. Did she give any idea about if she thought there would be more movement or not?

Her email was just, "You have moved to #12 position on the waitlist"
