Hello! I am applying for the FNP program at Samford University for the Fall of 2015. I am really excited and really hope that I get accepted. Is there anybody else on here that has applied yet or is planning to apply?

I agree. Plane tickets are expensive!!

My friend and I will be driving the 8+ hours and split the cost.

Yes, I went to nursing school with her. In fact, we met here in All nurses while communication about our nursing school applications Lol

I was hoping school would email us with hotels recommendations...

That is awesome! One of my best nursing friends is also a girl that I met on All Nurses during application time too! Love this site! So I ended up just doing google maps to see what hotels are by the school. I think I'm going to end up doing Marriott courtyard or Drury Inn as they are both down the street...

My coworker started Fall 2014

we get some school discount:

Courtyard Marriott

gives us student discount 1 king or 2 queen for $99

must book by Aug 3rd

or Residence Inn Birmingham Homewood
