Hey I’m yet to see a thread for shsu Spring 22 applicants so I made one!

Duuuude me too LOL I am a transfer student. My husband was in the military so we’ve moved around a lot. We are finally home for good. Texas tech didn’t give preference points for those who have attended them for prereqs so I knew it would be a little harder getting in here.

Absolutely, I knew that as well, kind of weird knowing that being a student compensates lower scores/GPA, but I get it, they have to accept their own students first! I am a transfer as well, check out UT Houston’s pacesetter program. They accept students Spring, fall, and Summer! I will be applying, plus I’m a legacy there LOL

There is definitely still hope and time ! So many people have gotten pulled off that list. Praying for the best !
