As I was going through looking for threads of the programs I plan to apply for I didn't see one for SHSU Spring 2019 so I decided maybe I would go ahead and start one!
I am currently finishing my associates of science and associates of humanities from Palo Alto College in San Antonio where I currently live, then will hopefully have everything in line for SHSU application when it opens up.
I do still have to take my TEAS exam which I have scheduled for June 27, I am so nervous about cutting a great score to help with my chance of admission, especially since I won't have the extra point for being a SHSU student.
I'm excited to hear from others who will be the applicant pool as well and hopefully we'll be starting our nursing journey together, good luck to everybody!!!
After much thought and consideration, I emailed SHSU this morning to give up my seat in the cohort 16 class.
I was accepted to multiple programs and decided to go with one that better fit my immediate goals and timeline. I am happy to give one of the alternates the chance to start their nursing journey and wish you all the best of luck!!!

I'm sure with your competitive scores, there's bound to be an acceptance letter coming your way soon!
