This is my second time applying for the new graduate internship program at Salem Hospital. I attended my nursing school out of state and moved back to pursue my nursing career. I am finding it challenging with my lack of connections here (seeing as my clinicals and preceptorships were out of state) to even get an interview. Has anyone else applied for the summer program and received a call yet? For those of you who have already participated in the internship program at Salem Hospital, what did you do to get a interview! Any advice would be helpful!

I heard from a reliable source that OR second rounds / callbacks won't happen for a couple of weeks. Med-surg, critical care offers started going out yesterday.
Great job for all of You who were called in for interviews! Unfortunately, I was not called back. Does anyone who has been called for interviews mind sharing if they have any work experience? (even as a CNA or MA) or the hours they spent in clinical rotation for the unit they applied for?
Just curious, but does anyone know if people have actually gotten call backs for second interviews for the ICU? I know of several people that had their first rounds and were never notified with a decline or a second interview offer. So I'm just curious to know if they may still be working on it. Any info would be helpful.
I called a recruiter on Monday. She said that "no news is good news" still for all units. A friend of mine just got a call for a 1st interview yesterday for OR. I didn't specifically ask about critical care, but might call back. The recruiter said they will still be interviewing and offering for a few weeks. A friend who got hired last round said they called her the week before she started.
Yikes! A friend of mine got an OR offer yesterday. I haven't heard anything from critical care; I even emailed the recruiter an haven't heard back yet. I did hear that people are getting offers with no second interviews (medical, surgical, and OR). Maybe that will also be the case with critical care.
I received an offer for NTCU last week! I do know of offers for Peds, but other than that I know nothing about other units. Good luck to those still waiting!!
