Hello and thank you for reading my post. Any help or advice will be appreciated.
I currently work in a NICU in NY State. I am in the upper 60K range which includes my base and night differential bonus. I'm checking other states surrounding me for salary comparisons if I decide to move. First, is there any website or information anyone may have to help me determine what my salary would be in other states? Also, if feeling comfortable, is there anyone who can tell me their salary (ballpark)? I have 1 year experience and I'm RN-ASN/ADN.
Thanks very much
Michelle

I work just outside of Philadelphia in an ED. I have 13 years experience and work 3 12 hour shifts a week. My yearly gross without OT is in the upper $60's; with OT about $85k.

Just finished school two days ago. Accepted a job in a city hospital in Boston (assumng I pass the NCLEX). Starting Salary $28.00/hr. Hospital does not have shift differentials, they have a system called PPC which is confusing to explain, so I wont :)
Iwork just outside the city in Delaware county in a small community hospital.
