Salary Variance By State

U.S.A. Pennsylvania

Published

Hello and thank you for reading my post. Any help or advice will be appreciated.

I currently work in a NICU in NY State. I am in the upper 60K range which includes my base and night differential bonus. I'm checking other states surrounding me for salary comparisons if I decide to move. First, is there any website or information anyone may have to help me determine what my salary would be in other states? Also, if feeling comfortable, is there anyone who can tell me their salary (ballpark)? I have 1 year experience and I'm RN-ASN/ADN.

Thanks very much

Michelle

Bill, by any chance, do you work in city hospital?
