Hi I was wondering what the starting salary of an RN in TX would be versus a starting salary for a BSN in TX?

Also which unit of a hospital would you be able to work in as an RN with no experience? I eventually want to work in the ped's er or nicu. Where's the best place to start? :heartbeat

Hi! I'm a RN with bachelor's degree with a total of 10-11 years of experience of being a Nurse. I am moving to Texas this coming summer of 2018. I have not yet decided which city I will move to but I am looking more into Dallas or nearby Dallas. Can anyone give me any hint on how much salary I should expect (or demand)? Any advice on which cities and hospitals I should apply to?
