Published

Hello everyone!

I am looking to see if anyone is applying to St. Mary's University CRNA program in MN for 2020 matriculation.

Good luck to you all!

If you do, I would just email Daniel Lawrence! He is always friendly and helpful.

Okay I did. Hopefully they don't think I'm being annoying or rude. It's just so hard to wait! I'll let you all know what he says.

I would probably wait another two weeks. If we don’t hear anything by then it won’t seem pushy.... we’re just impatient lol.

He was very nice & kind about me asking! It sounds like it may be a few more weeks before we hear.

Good! I figured he would be. Oh gosh, what did he say??

Just that they're still reviewing and that it'll be a few more weeks before they're done! Crossing my fingers for all of us ?

Did anyone receive an email to interview in person or via teleconference? I didn’t think St Mary’s did interviewing but I just received an email to interview?!?

Yes!!! I RECEIVED AN INTERVIEW AS WELL!

They haven't for like five or so years is my understanding! It is a new program director so maybe they are just doing things differently this time around. AHH! I am freaking out! I wonder if it is going to be clinical or personality based?! CONGRATS @MCG7!!!!

Sorry, I've just been creeping on this thread from afar, but I also just received an email about an interview. Very curious what type of interview it will be (clinical vs general personality stuff). Interesting how Daniel's email response from previous in the thread didn't indicate this at all. Congrats on those who have been contacted and good luck to all!

Question for those who received an interview. Did your interview email say for the 2022 cohort? Does that mean this will be a Masters program and not a DNP program?

I assume so! I know their accreditation was up in the air. When I had initially asked Merri in March she told me it would be a MS program.

Yes I had emailed (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) before the application was due and it’s their last masters program cohort.

I'm also interviewing! So excited and nervous.
