It sounds that anyone waitlisted is automatically admitted into the 2021 class, unless we would get into the 2020 class.

I know that is how it has been done for years, but I feel like my letter made it seem like I would be just considered for the next cohort and I just wouldn’t have to reapply or pay the fee again...? I’m hoping that’s not how it is. Haven’t heard yet.

Just so you all know - there will no longer be the continuation that Saint Mary's historically had, so if you received a spot on the waitlist and you do not get in, you get thrown back into the pool of candidates for the following year.

That is really confusing then because the letter says you have not been admitted into the 2020 class but would be admitted into the 2021 class! The school needs to send out another letter clarifying this and use different vocabulary!

Oh wow! I mean maybe yours did? Mine doesn't, unfortunately. Maybe they took the top 3 or 5 and said they can be admitted for 2021? That would make sense. It makes sense to me now we received different letters but are both on the wait list.

True, maybe I will have to clarify this with the school,Well I think either way we would have a good shot of getting in 2021 since were on the wait list!?

Anyone know where they are at on the waitlist, anyone on the waitlist come off yet, or anyone who accepted a spot decide not to go in May?

I haven't really heard any updates since hearing I was on the waitlist months ago & was looking to see if anyone knows anything. Thanks! Hope all is well.

Anyone else hear anything? Wondering too if anyone on the wait list applied to MSA, the U of MN, or any other schools and has heard anything back? Happy Holidays!
