Saddleback College Spring 2016

Just put in my application this morning for the Spring 2016 semester at Saddleback College. Waiting for the acceptance/rejection letter at the end of September is going to kill me lol :nailbiting:. So I am reaching out to any and all that are applying and hoping to find out what every ones points are (I am only at 67 points so thinking I will likely end up in one of the pools). Hopefully we all get in!!! Does anyone know what the lowest point score was to get in for the last semester? I have heard that at times they have accepted all the way down to 63 points but I heard it through the grapevine and have no idea if it is true.

Also, as a side note, I am curious about the Teas V scores received (I scored 88.7%). Browsing through the Teas section on this site it seems like most people received 90% and above but considering the National and Program averages (64.3%) on the ATI printout that cannot be the case. I am just curious so you really don't have to reply to this bit it you do not want to. :)

I just stopped by the office today and they were working on clinical placements and told me that they will be sending out emails tomorrow :)

Oh my gosh!! So nerve wracking! Hopefully we both get Mission!! (since Mission is really close to home as well!)

Just stopped by the office about 20 minutes ago. All the emails for assignments went out just before Thanksgiving. However, some of the emails bounced back. So if you did not receive your assignment email contact Janet right away.

Hey everyone! Are you guys excited for orientation this Friday? Have you purchased any of the materials that we need, such as uniforms, stethescope, blood pressure cuff..? I received my assignment before Thanksgiving and it is not the days I was hoping for =-/ but it's okay... Did anyone get OC global on fridays?

Can hardly wait til Friday! I already got all the material supply stuff (uniforms, blood cuff, etc.) and I got the required books from the bookstore. I got the more expensive package of books instead of ebook package only because I wanted to have the hard copy (I like it better than using the ebooks alone) and Mosby's 2016 Nursing Drug Reference book is included in the package :woot:. Unfortunately I did not get the assignment I was hoping for. I was really hoping for Mission since I live just 1 mile from the hospital, but I got Fountain Valley on Thursdays instead. However, there is a sort of poetic justice to getting Fountain Valley since I was born at that hospital lol. Looking forward to seeing everyone Friday!!!! :yes:
