Sacramento State Spring 2021

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hey all! Wanted to start a new thread for the next round of Sac State nursing applications. Fall 2020 was full of unforeseen circumstances with COVID-19. I hope this is helpful for others as we figure out what is next for Spring 2021 and the application process.

Cheers to you all and best of luck! We've got this! ?

Does anyone know how many alternates usually end up getting in?

I think last Spring semester, 23 alternates got in but keep in mind that was from accepting 80 students into the class.

Just curious, when does Sac State notify for Spring 2021?

Hi, did u get into yuba college nursing program??

I got accepted with 78 points.

Heyo! I got accepted into the program - priority seat from Fall 2020 - but I'm not sure if I want to take it yet, if only because I have concerns about COVID and how it's been affecting clinicals and in-person classes.

Kuebiko, please explain to me why you would pass this up?

Because I have concerns about COVID and had an alternate plan for which I can pursue nursing when COVID isn't so much of a concern???

You have an alternate program you were excepted to?  I am sorry, I just am not in the position you seem to be in, I want to understand.  Are you pursuing a different field?

I don't see why this is necessary. I'm asking about how COVID has affected clinicals and other aspects of the program.
