Rutgers spring 2017 absn

Published

Was interested to know if anyone is applying for the spring 2017 absn program at Rutgers? I am currently working on the application. Does anyone know if it is worth it to apply if I still have two more classes k would need to take? One being life span psychology and the other being general chemistry 2?

I was looking around the website today and the registration site.....I'm not 100% but based off the registration site it looks like the classes are

culturl lifestyle health wed 8-11

patho tue 8-11

foundations nursing tue 12-2

health assessment wed 12-2

nursinf informatics tue 230-530

then clinical and health assessment lab times vary and aren't listed on the registration site

Hi congratulation for those of you accepted. I just recived a waitlist email today. Only thing I can do now is cross my fingers, hope I can have some good news next few week.

Hi all! I'm in the process of applying for the RU ABSN program to start in spring 2018. I was wondering if anyone can give me an idea of what the academic calendar is, specifically in terms of breaks - is there a winter break or summer break (even just a week off at either time)? I've gotten the impression that it's pretty much non-stop, which makes sense given the fact that it's accelerated, but can't seem to find an actual sample calendar anywhere... thanks!

if you google the rutgers academic calendar the start and end dates for the semesters are what we follow. ACADEMIC CALENDAR 2

Hi! I just applied to Rutgers absn for spring 2018 and was wondering who else did/what your gpa and backgrounds were to see if I have chance!! I wanted to go to PA school but have gotten denied and waitlisted for an interview for one so far but really think I have more of a chance with nursing with a 3.41 gpa and having worked as an MA for about 8 months now. I'm really nervous and I spoke with the office today they supposedly will be sending out decisions by the end of September since the deadline is 9/15. Anyone in the program want to weigh in on helping me seeif I have a chance?!

Hey! I applied too :) And I started a different thread on here for Rutgers Spring 2018 ABSN if you wanna search it, a few others there have applied and commented. I feel like you definitely have a good chance with the 3.41 GPA and work experience... I think their minimum GPA is 3.4 so you're good there. I currently work in a hospital myself. I am nervous too though, because who really knows what they are looking for...

Hi there, somehow I just saw this but thank you so much for answering my inquiry about the Rutgers calendar! Much appreciated :)
