I have applied for the nursing school for Rutgers Camden and am waiting to hear if I've gotten accepted. I know the application date ends March 15 and the notification date is April 20th latest, but does anyone know, or anyone who has applied before, received notification before that? I'm very very anxious!

Hey...I have also replied and am awaiting on a response. I can't wait until the acceptance emails come out. My bachelors of science GPA right not is a 3.78 but I have two more classes to go before I graduate in June so hopefully I can get it up to a 3.8 which is my goal. The only worry I had is for my prereq GPA which I think is barely a 3.0, (I was going through a lot of personal stuff while taking them so it reflected in my grades sadly). But we shall see. I hope that we both get our acceptance letters! I was trying to contact someone to get a form filled out that I need for the military to release me (I'm active duty air force) to the nursing program. Do you have any idea where I can get an email address from? I tried the one posted on the website but no response?

Hi everyone,
I applied to the accelerated nursing program in Camden. I can't wait to here a response from all the schools that I applied to. Today as I left my class I saw a college fair and I stopped at the Rutgers Table and spoke to the assistant director of marketing and communication. He told me that if I emailed him, he could contact the right channels and let me know when they would start notifying prospective students with their decisions. Once I get a response I will keep you posted.

I thought I was the only person that didn't receive a decision. I check like almost everyday lol. I've been accepted into the university as well as the the arts and science program but I'm hoping that I get accepted into the nursing program.

I'm waiting to hear something too, I applied to the accelerated bsn for rutgers camden (which I was told a month ago that is held at the stratford campus) and seton hall (but they're a lot more expensive!), so really hoping rutgers will work out! But, I did just got a call today for an interview for seton hall. I will post if I get a decision or hear anything. Good luck to everyone!

I was accepted into Seton Hall generic program as early as November for the fall semester. They said it would take me only 2 years because I will be finished with my associate this may. I didn't apply to RU Camden because I heard a lot of bad things about it
Seton Hall is really expensive though so I am considering other schools
Yea seton hall is definitely the most expensive (about double) Rutgers for the 2nd degree accelerated bsn. I haven't heard much about how the Rutgers program is but my ex co-worker is in it n really likes it, so hoping for that one (plus it's Stratford campus is only 15 min from my house so it's really convenient lol)
Lol I was interested in the transfer traditional program but I'm sure both programs are expensive
I received a decision and I've been admitted I am so happy I wish you all got accepted as well

Hey, I applied in December as soon as I got my grades in from that semester. I applied as an external transfer student. I just got my acceptance letter today. I called and they said I would go straight into the junior year with classes in the summer. They are part of the program, not extra pre reqs. I had a decent gpa, and I emphasized in my essay that I had medical experience. I am still waiting on my response from NYU and LIU to make a decision.
