Rutgers App avail for Fall or Accel 2012, anyone applying?

Hi Stacy, when you apply you must select Newark. Then there will be an option under nursing for the accelerated program. Rutgers has one accelerated program, and they alternate campuses depending on the semester. I am currently in the program, and our summer session was in Newark, and our fall semester is in New Brumswick. Hope this helps.

Prr33, My major was in biology. Though the class this year comes from a wide variety of disciplines. I don't think they are looking at particular majors as much as they want to make sure you have the pre-reqs for the program.

To all who went to the information session: does Rutgers no longer have a traditional 2nd degree program? Also, where did you register for the info session? I didn't see that on the RU website.

Yes, they are not offering the traditional info session for now they said. The 2 info sessions on the accel program are over that was listed, but if you contact the nursing dept you can probably get some more info.
