Hi everyone. I just wanted to start this thread for all the people who are applying to the Rutgers ABSN program so we can stay in touch as we hear back from the school. I believe March 1 is the deadline. Good luck to everyone!

I called them to make sure they had my stuff, which they did. I did not confirm I was being considered for the ABSN program. I'm sure it will be fine though. I am distracting myself by working on my other applications... I called Rutgers Newark today and was told any day now...

Decisions should be posted up now :) I just got admitted! I can't wait to meet my fellow future nurses. Did anyone else check their decision?

Congratulations.. I guess I didn't get in so that's why there is no status update? When I called she told me decisions would be made by April 1..

Sorry to be negative, but that may be due to the fact we both didn't get in... I have to take the test for NJCU tomorrow and don't plan to check my status until after the exam (if I don't get in it will hurt my confidence during the exam). The women from RU said our statuses would update over the weekend. Best of luck to you though :)

As of now it is still in process...they e-mailed me late yesterday needing confirmation of my Bachelors degree. I am walking in graduation this May, and after completing my mandatory internship this summer I will receive my official diploma August 15. Not sure how that will affect it, but I will let you know. Good Luck, guys! If they had already decided 'no' I don't know why it would not update the same time as those that were admitted. It doesn't make sense, so therefore I think you can stay positive! 'In Process' doesn't mean Not Admitted!

Yeah you guys are right. Thanks for the positivity @gmm them e-mailing you about your graduation date sounds very hopeful. It looks like we won't find out until Monday morning, though.
