Anyone else applying to Rush University's Masters Entry program for Jan 2021? Looking forward to sharing our experiences!

Hello everyone, praying to be part of Spring 2021 cohort as well! Im wrapping up my application and will be submitting soon! Im a US citizen with a foreign Undergrad transcript. It's been evaluated and accepted by NursingCAS. Does it take a while after submitting application to verify GPA?

Once you submit your first NursingCAS application, it goes through the verification process. I think the whole process takes around a week-ish? You’ll receive an email once it’s complete!! The rest of the applications you submit after will already be verified.

Hi! Received my interview invite a couple of days ago and figured this was a good place to ask for advice! How are y’all preparing for this interview/if you don’t mind, I’d love to share stats!

Hi everyone!

I still have not heard back about the interview process. Do you think everyone that qualifies GPA/test wise gets an interview? Or do they already make cuts to determine who interviews?

Additionally, does anyone know the approx. amount of applicants that apply for each term? I know they only accept 76 per term.

@knp17 I have heard from former rush graduates that they cut a good amount of people before interviews so to make it short no not everyone qualifies!

@Nidhi Patel I am just watching Youtube videos about interview questions and looking for what people on past forums have said.

My interview is sept 11th. I’m so nervous and excited at the same time. Good luck to everyone that is interviewing! 

to those that didn’t get an interview, don’t give up. Keep trying. 

 

Typically Rush gets around 4-5 hundred applicants for each cohort. They only take 73-75 students

I got a Sept 11th interview date as well. In the meantime I’m trying to find any info I can on their interview process. It would be nice if somebody had an idea of what kind of questions they ask and share, please. ?

Hey everyone, 

It seems quite a few of us are set to get interviewed this Sept 11th LOL. I wish us the best of luck and I am currently prepping for my interview now.  I am sorta relieved it is a virtual interview
