I applied as well. Super nervous. How long did it take for them for you to extend an invitation after submitting your application?

Hello, 

It took them a few days, I applied and I received an invitation in the same week. I am unsure if they give everyone an interview or only some, it was not clear. When did you send in your application? 

Hi everyone! I recently applied and got an invitation for an interview. I was wondering how long it took for your to hear back if you were accepted or not after completing the interview!

I have not interviewed yet, the past cohorts said they received a decision early March for fall entry so I am hoping it will be the same for this cohort. Have you received any other emails besides your interview invitation?

I received an invitation to interview as well and sent in my desired timeslots. Haven't received any other emails. The interviews taking place on Zoom are a plus. I feel like that would definitely ease some nerves a little better. 

In the mean time, what other programs have you all applied to?

I applied ages ago and just received my invitation to interview. I am pretty nervous and scared to be honest. I wonder what they will ask and how we can prepare for it. Will we know in advance which time slot they will choose? Just so many questions... I wonder how many people applied for the fall cohort? How many people are they extending interviews to if they are only accepted 76 students?

Happy to hear you received an interview!!

From the past cohorts posts it seems as though the questions they ask pertain to why you chose nursing and why you chose to apply to rush. As for preparation that is a good question, I feel like Youtube videos and having friends/ family ask you questions could be helpful. When you email your date preference for the interviews they will send you the date/ time you will be assigned.  All good questions, I am sure with some preparation you will do fine! :) I also read from past cohorts that the interviewers were not cold but were inviting. I was wondering the same about how many applied, but I assume on average probably around 400-500.

So exciting!! The interviews are coming up here soon. I applied to UIC, PACE, and USFCA. How about yourself? 

I applied for Simmons but got denied already, I applied to others but I can't think about it on the top of my head it's too early in the morning here. Did anyone else hear back about their time slot for interviews? Is anyone attending First look Feb 9, I know its virtual but I've heard from the past cohorts on all nurses forums that its helpful information!

Once I replied with my desired time slot they confirmed it within 24hrs. I plan on attending first look I need as much insight as I can get LOL

I am going to attend first look as well, I think it will be nice to hear from students and faculty. 

Who else was at first look today?? It was nice to hear from the students, they all seemed really honest/ open about their experiences. 

I was there! Everyone seemed kind and were extremely welcoming when asking questions. I’m still crazy nervous the closer we get to interviews, how about ya’ll?
