I am thrilled, it's been a stressful wknd wondering.....acceptance letter went out Fri but I stopped by the Dr's office today and he told me I was accepted.
So, in the fall I will be taking A&P 1, Chem 1, Chem Lab and Intro to RT. I have a 4.0 right now.....not to shabby for a 46 yr old.
Thanks Packrat, maybe we can start a thread when he time comes to compare classes.....I will take micro in the spring.....so you'll have to keep me informed...lol...It's nice to know I will not be alone.
Carlos, what are you going to school for? I think I will love being an RT....it's good to hear your friends like it....maybe you could ask what thier most challenging part was? Thanks!
Congrats to everyone. I too got accepted into a RT program. I will start this fall. I am unsure of the classes, won't know until orientation. WOOOOHOOOOO!!
I'm thinking about RT and RN. I'm not sure which one is better for me and which one make more money or get a job easier? dose anyone know where can I take RT in Northern California? And how much does it cost?
I'm in Florida & am unsure of a College there. However, I would do a google for accredited Community Colleges for Respiratory Therapists or Respiratory Care and see what you come up with....looks like there might be some here....scroll down to Calif
