I was just wondering If an RPN from Canada is able to work outside the Country ? I am aware that there is not a high demand as an RN . I know someone who took schooling in Ontario as I have and currently works in the Cayman Islands as an RPN. She has informed me that she did not require any testing or anything in order to work there. I am not sure if this is true , also wanted to know if there is any other Countries that would allow an RPN to work there ? Thank you !

In order to work in the Caymans you must have a work permit in place before you arrive. You would have to have your prospective employer apply for one your behalf.
You may not enter the country as a tourist and then look for work.
