Hey guys, If you got accepted to Humber, Seneca or George Brown for the RPN program, can you share your story and time line in which you applied and got your acceptance letter or offer for any of the schools above?

Congrats to those who have been accepted and all the best to those who are still waiting...

Have you written the entrance exams?

I have the seneca test tomorrow (march 6, 2012) and the humber test saturday.

I wasn't ask to do a test for George Brown. Which of these schools did you apply for?

Good luck on your test tomorrow! I've only applied to Humber for RN and RPN I'm doing their pre-health and so as long as my grades are high enough I don't have to do the test, but I don't find out until May 2nd when my final grades come in. My friend just started in January at GB, and she had to write a test though. I've heard the tests are fairly easy

@sweets21 I'm asking about the humber exam for a friend who's taking it soon (how was the chem and bio portion?). I'm a humber BN student.. if you have any questions about Humber Nursing (aside from the exam cause that's what i want to know about).. lol I can probably answer it for you...

Hey yr3nrsstud,

I'm currently in the GAS program right now and will be in the BN program next year. How do you like the program? Any tips?

@BosRMT... (on the side note frustrating how we can't do private messages)..

It's a great program! keep up with your readings... I found 1st sem anatomy the most difficult (the bell ringer in particular... label the diagrams early and learn all the muscles... bones etc right away!) have you heard anything about the rpn entrance exam?

@yr3nrsstud I just pmed you! Let me know if you can't see it. I haven't heard about the rpn exam from anyone as we don't write it until the end of the semester of we have to, to get into the rpn program, so fellow students haven't done it yet.

@BosRMT save your money, buy your books online.... learn how to use APA 6th ed early (but since you're in the GAS you're probably using that now)...

@BosRMT did you receive my pm?

hmmm i received your pm but my response isn't going through because i haven't reached the 15 message quota?

The 15 post quota is in place to ensure that members post meaningful and contributory posts in the forums. There has been some trouble in the past with new members spamming people's PM inboxes, so the rule was made to eliminate that risk. Please continue to post meaningful and contributory posts and you'll be there in no time.

Hi yr3nrsstud, from what i can remember the bio portion was about the heart, blood vessels. The chem. Ph scale, acid and base. oh and the different part of the cell.
