Roseman University Spirng/February 2021 Cohort

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to start this forum to reach out to students who are also applying for the Spring 2021 Cohort at Roseman University. I am from California and I am hoping to get into the Henderson Campus. We can use this forum to bounce questions off of each other and to get information.

This is my first time applying to the program. I have tried to apply to a program where I live in Fresno, California and unfortunately there was too much competition and not enough spaces so I am going to actively go after.

Does anyone know how many people typically apply for the program? I know they accept about 70 people between the two campuses, but I am not really too clear on how they determine who get in. I have a TEAS score of 82 and a GPA of about 3.3. I don’t know if this is competitive enough to get into the program.

If I do get in, I would like to use this forum to communicate with my future classmates. I will be moving so hopefully from this we can get roommate ideas or housing suggestions. Have a great one.

Congrats on your acceptances!! Very exciting journey. I'm in the cohort before you, OCT 2020 at Henderson. 

I just recently moved from San Diego, CA to Las Vegas, NV, and I have a room available if anyone needs housing options. It's a great area!

How was the interview? I see there’s also a piece we are to write but we won’t receive it for a few days. Any advice helps! Congrats! My interview is October 13th.

my GPA and TEAS are not that competitive. I got an 84.7 on TEAS, and 3.478 the last 60 credits, and 3.579 prerequisite GPA.

You will receive an email with an option of two prompts to answer. I think you have like 2 days to submit your response.

In the interview, do they ask you about which campus you would prefer to get accepted too? I really want to get accepted to the henderson campus since I am from Vegas.
