Roseman University Spirng/February 2021 Cohort

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to start this forum to reach out to students who are also applying for the Spring 2021 Cohort at Roseman University. I am from California and I am hoping to get into the Henderson Campus. We can use this forum to bounce questions off of each other and to get information.

This is my first time applying to the program. I have tried to apply to a program where I live in Fresno, California and unfortunately there was too much competition and not enough spaces so I am going to actively go after.

Does anyone know how many people typically apply for the program? I know they accept about 70 people between the two campuses, but I am not really too clear on how they determine who get in. I have a TEAS score of 82 and a GPA of about 3.3. I don’t know if this is competitive enough to get into the program.

If I do get in, I would like to use this forum to communicate with my future classmates. I will be moving so hopefully from this we can get roommate ideas or housing suggestions. Have a great one.

Following! I’m a rollover applicant. I applied for third round of interviews which didn’t end up happening since they filled cohort with 1st & 2nd rounds ? so here we go again. Good luck!

@Amm19 thank you for responding. Not having 3rd round interviews is my concern, because I won't be eligible to apply until the 3rd round because I am still taking my Chemistry class. Are you applying for any other schools?

Hi All,

I have applied at Roseman for the Spring/Feb 2021 cohort. I am waiting an interview at this time. I am also from out of town.

What are everyones plans as far as living situations for those of you that live out of state like me?

Hi @rherr12 I plan on moving from California. I am hoping to get into Nevada since it is closer to home. I will look for a roommate once I know where I am going.

Only applied to Roseman so far but looking at Chamberlain- still not sure. It’s been a pain in the butt trying with Roseman - I applied before when they had 4 rounds instead of 3 and applied for 4th round which they decided wasn’t needed after all so had to rollover then got an interview rolling over to first round of next cohort. My GPA was barely minimum needed so I get why they advised me to up my GPA so now I upped it and applied last cohort for the 3rd round - which they didn’t have. So again LOL rolling over to first round. Fingers crossed .

Yike! Well I hope it all works out for you this round! I am so scared about the process here. I do not wanna waste my time trying to get in. I spent the last 3 years trying to get into a school in California and couldn't get in because of the competition. After 3 chances the school doesn't let u apply again so Roseman has became my back up plan.

hi everyone!! im a rollover applicant as well! I got into South Jordan for October but Im not gonna be able to start that early so I chose to rollover to February. I want to get into Henderson as that's closer for me, I'm coming from California too!

Not sure- I’m assuming in person since my advisor sent me locations... but I’m not certain
