Roseman University 2021 August cohort

Hey guys I got accepted into the Henderson August 2021 on campus program. Looking to connect with future classmates! Anyone else starting their program this August?

I got tell me about a time you went above and beyond and how does it relate to nursing, tell me about a time you had to take control of a school/work project, how does caring and compassion relate to nursing, tell me about a time your integrity was challenged. I asked about how/if COVID changed the structure of the curriculum at all and asked about how clinical work in regards to where we end up being placed. I feel like my interview went by pretty quickly which honestly made me super nervous thinking back to it. 

Lmao same. I studied the questions so hard that I think I came off as reheorificed/robotic or something. My interview also went too fast LOL I think we'll be OK as long as we didn't say anything crazy. I read somewhere that the hardest part is *getting* an interview and that no one can really fail at the interview haha

9 days more ? Hope we all get in where we want

Hi everyone!

I got accepted into the August 2021 cohort for the Henderson campus. I had my interview back in February with the June 2021 cohort but I was an "alternate candidate" and was given a choice to transfer into August or wait for a seat in June.

I chose August cause I was only given 2 days to decide and it was a guaranteed seat so I took it.

So, they do actually take the whole two weeks after the interview to email you if you got in or not (so much anxiety, I know) but it's definitely worth the wait!

I know a bunch of people got theirs in the morning since they would update the threads on here.

I received an acceptance email to the South Jordan campus for the BSN program  in August 2021 ?

Hi everyone! When did you apply to Roseman and then when did you hear about an interview? Just trying to figure out how long it took to hear back since I submitted in March!

Hey! I submitted my nursingcas and supplemental application in late February but was having a hard time getting ahold of admissions counselor after that. In mid march she emailed saying she submitted my application for a potential interview in April. Two weeks later I got email invite the interview. They do the interviews in groups, about once a month. I have my interview tomorrow!

Hi everyone!

I just applied to the August Cohort.. The advisor told me that they might not even have May interviews.. Im curious what you guys GPA and TEAS score was.. I currently have a 3.5 GPA cumulative and science GPA.. 77% on my TEAS.. Also, what was the interview process like? Is it still on ZOOM?

How was the interview process and how many people were part of your interview group? I just applied and I know its kind of late but im hoping I can still get into the August Cohort because I don't do well with online classes.

Hello! The interview had about 20 students. For the first hour and half they go over financial aid and application information. Then they we got called individually into break out groups with two interviewers, and we got asked 5 questions. It’s a lot more relaxed than I was expecting and went way better then I thought. I have no idea how many spots are left, but I can you my GPA is a 3.3 and my TEAS is a 81%. but I do not know if I got a spot yet.... if you have any more questions or just want more info please email me [email protected] !!
