Roseman University ABSN October 2021

Hello! I couldn’t find a thread for this cohort yet and I wanted to reach out and see if there is anyone in the same boat as me. I applied to this cohort as soon as it was made available (I think May 3rd?). I’m from CA and I opted to try for the South Jordan campus. My stats are around 3.5 GPA for science/math and around 3.8 GPA overall with a 94.7% TEAS score. I haven’t received an email yet regarding interviews and from previous threads it looks like I could be waiting until August to receive an invitation, if I am invited at all. Has anyone else heard anything back regarding this cohort yet or any that rolled over into this cohort? Would love to connect with others trying for the cohort, too. This is my first experience with Roseman so if anyone has tips or advice, I’d love to hear it ? Thanks!

I received an email from my advisor today stating that I did receive an interview for June. I am crossing my fingers for July!

Hey yall! I reached out to an advisor. For those of us who haven’t received an interview yet from the first round, I was told that it is still possible to be picked from the remaining pool of applicants for the next round of interviews. Though I’m not sure how many rounds there will be. If anyone has anymore info please share. Best of luck!

From past forums, I have seen that there are usually three rounds with interviews held about a month apart (I.e. June, July, August). Though if seats fill up from the first two interviews, they sometimes don't have the third round.

Hi there were like 40 students give or take 2. The interview was really causal and easy to talk to them. They asked 4 or 5 questions. These aren’t word for word but a gist of what they’re asking. I think I’m missing one. 

1. Three examples of ways you improved yourself academic or professionally. 
2. A situation where you had to gain someone’s trust.

3. Care and compassion and whether you think it’s key to nursing

4. Integrity, what would you do if you found a coworker of classmate being dishonest.

Yes they said the emails will be sent by Friday, June 25th.

I’m so nervous!! I just keep checking my email hoping they’ll send it out early, waiting is the hardest part!

I'm with you. I was accepted to the June cohort but denied the offer because of some family problems. I hope to be accepted this time and move to Utah:)

They shared on IG that admission offers have been sent.. anyone get an email today? I didn’t get anything and I’m a rollover applicant ☹️
