Roseman University ABSN October 2021

Hello! I couldn’t find a thread for this cohort yet and I wanted to reach out and see if there is anyone in the same boat as me. I applied to this cohort as soon as it was made available (I think May 3rd?). I’m from CA and I opted to try for the South Jordan campus. My stats are around 3.5 GPA for science/math and around 3.8 GPA overall with a 94.7% TEAS score. I haven’t received an email yet regarding interviews and from previous threads it looks like I could be waiting until August to receive an invitation, if I am invited at all. Has anyone else heard anything back regarding this cohort yet or any that rolled over into this cohort? Would love to connect with others trying for the cohort, too. This is my first experience with Roseman so if anyone has tips or advice, I’d love to hear it ? Thanks!

Hello, all I'm from SoCal and looking to move to Vegas so the Henderson campus was my first choice. My advisor stated that email interview invites would go out around the 2nd week of June, so hopefully we start to hear something this week.

Hey, I'm also for SoCal and hoping to get into Henderson! I emailed my advisor and she said that the invites haven't gone out because they are having orientation this week but to email her again if I haven't heard anything by the end of this week.

Here's a screenshot of what she sent! So it sounds like we will hear this week and if you don't, talk to your advisor.

Hey guys, prospective student here. I applied to Roseman in early May of 2021 for the October ABSN 2021 cohort. I was just wondering if anyone got an interview invitation yet? I know that they have orientation this week so it might have slowed things up a bit. I'm not sure how the whole invitation process works, if you don't get an invitation this week what happens, and if you do, are the interviews two - three weeks out after the invite? 

My stats were as follows: 

Overall GPA: 3.49 

Science & Math GPA: 3.21  

TEAS overall: 87%

Hey, did everyone else get the interview invite this morning? It's next Wednesday! 

I'm just confused though because it says it's for the hybrid BSN program but I thought I was applying for the ABSN program. ?

Hello @yougojenncoco I got my invite this morning as well! Mine also says for the Hybrid program but I know I only applied for the ABSN program so I am assuming it’s just named differently. When I look on Rosemans website it states it’s a Hybrid program.

Yeah, it is the ABSN program (still end up with the BSN degree, but the program is accelerated). You can see under the Curriculum Calendar that it says ABSN (plus, I believe all their hybrid programs are the accelerated version)

I did not receive an email yet, that probably means I didn’t get picked for one? ?

I havent gotten one either! Does anyone know if they send more than one round of invites? How does this process work?

Are you guys sure it didn't go to your spam inbox? The email came from: [email protected] / [email protected]

Maybe reach out to your advisors to confirm?

Also thanks to everyone that let me know it's still the ABSN program!
