ROSEMAN ABSN Summer 2021

Hi all! I couldn't find any threads for Roseman's July 2021 cohort so thought I would start one. I am from California and applying to the Henderson NV campus. I know applications don't open until December 1st, but thought I would get a jump on this since many of us are getting application stuff together. Feel free to share stats, advice, or anything else!

If prerequisites are in progress you have to wait, I am talking about finishing up degree classes ?

I am finishing up classes of my degree too, but the counselor I spoke to told me that I can apply before my grades post. I spoke with Charlene Pietz on the phone and through email.

That's what my advisor told me as well. It used to be Lauren Clark but I got an e-mail awhile ago that said my advisor has changed so now it is Lenita Gilreath

She said that you could apply before your grades posted ? Or to wait ?

That I can apply before my grades are posted! She said to have an official copy sent over now through NursingCAS with my application and then when my grades and my degree post, request another official transcript and have that sent over ? All of my pre-reqs are done though, so I am only finishing up degree classes

Same thing for me ! I hope they tell us soon, so we can get the interviews started ?

I know right! The waiting has me so anxious! I feel like the interviews will be on Zoom, which I don't know if it will be better or worse!

Hello guys! My name is Vee. I spoke to an Advisor today and she said to apply however when I look up Roseman in the NursingCAS I cannot find Roseman. 

How did you apply?

I found it on the NursingCas website when I applied.

Thank you! I was using the link given by the school and that was sending me to 2019-2020 application.

I had a question that I emailed the advisor but know they're on a break for the holiday so I wanted to see if anyone here knows. I just finished my last prereq microbio last week and have my unofficial transcript showing my final grade, but an official copy will take likely over a week to send since this school only does paper copies right now (also not sure if they're also on holiday break). Has anyone heard if an unofficial copy will suffice in the meantime so I can apply?
