Hi! I haven't seen a thread for Roseman's ABSN February 2024 so I thought I'd create one. I just received an interview invite today and my interview will be in a few weeks, I am so nervous!
Hello just wondering if somebody that's already into the roseman program can answer some questions for me. I'm gonna be going to Roseman soon June cohort . Do u work while in school ? If you do what kind of work schedule should I look for? If you don't when in the program do you recommend I quit working? Just tryna get some real advice, I asked during my interview and they were saying not to work but I'm a little nervous about taking out living expenses on loans as well. Also how much did you actually pay for the roseman laptop ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
I will be attaching a photo of the June 2024 cohort schedule so you can base that on your answers.
Hi everyone im currently in the ABSN program and have extra scrubs that I need to get rid of! They were only worn a few times in lab, I have 2 maroon scrub bottoms and one grey and one roseman white clinical top! Let me know if youre interested! I will sell a lot cheaper than what I payed! ?? I am in Utah as well.
@hellohellohi I am in the ABSN now and all you have to do is fill out clinical forms from a few hospitals about your religious declination! Based on what you write the hospitals for your clinicals can approve or deny!
@Faith1349 so a few people from my cohort Work full time and some work part. The majority of us don't work. The people who do work full time have had to re take exams and they have a been a bit stressed out. Hope that helps!
@nurselysh Thanks , for the info. Also how was the process taking out private loans? What company do most people use? Also heard u might end up needing a co-signer for the second loan u take out for the second half of school, is that true ?
@nurselysh Hello! I'm a new ABSN program student and I would be interested in connecting with you to discuss your experiences with the program. If you're open to it, please feel free to reach out to me at [email protected]. I look forward to hearing from you!
@Faith1349 I would say to get it done as soon as possible because its confusing and there can be a lot you need to fill out/do. The financial aid office we have is honestly incredible and they will stay on the phone with you to help you through the process. As for which companies to go through its all dependent on you. They will send you a list that gives you different interest rates and such
