Hold they keep your application on file, but it is not actively being reviewed at this time. If they interview current pool of people and lack qualified or ideal candidates they move into the hold applications.

How many days after you do your Kira do they let you know if you're going to advance to the next interview.

I found out 5 days after submitting the Kira. It does say it could take up to 2 weeks.
