You don't upload anything. Your reference's contact info should have been added to your resume. Not sure how or when they go about contacting them from there.

No reference tab for me, from the home tab on the Rosalind Franklin page under the helpful application tips/reminders it said to place your references in your resume/CV so I just placed the information for references there

RFU's website states to prepare a letter stating why you want to be a CRNA. But I don't see a place to upload it in NursingCAS.

No yet for me. I submitted on the 8th.  I was able to look at my RFU Connect account from last year though, it it says they are waiting to receive my high school transcript.
