Rosalind Franklin University CRNA 2024

Updated:   Published

Hey everyone! I will be applying soon to Rosalind Franklin University's CRNA program starting May 2024.

I know applications in NursingCAS will open on August 10, 2023 and will close on December 15, 2023. I've heard that it is very competitive with rolling admissions so apply early! Interview invites have gone out in September in the past with virtual interviews taking place between October and February. Admission spots were offered last year as early as October.

If you have anything to share throughout this application process, please post here!

Good luck to everyone!!

I was in the second group interview and was on hold for several months. Finally it turned into an acceptance 2 days ago but I am going to deny it since I have accepted some where else. I do agree the process is very frustrating and weird.  I would choose this school if they accept me earlier. Hope my rejection will open up spot for someone else. Good luck

Wow they are still accepting people! Were you waitlisted before this?

I was never waitlisted, only on hold right after the interview

Hello,

Has anyone been accepted with NICU experience?

Their website does not specify when they want it to be completed. It's just recommended that it's taken within the last 2 years. I'm currently enrolled to take it this fall.

What course did you take? I'm currently looking for a biostats class.

Hi - I had a question for current students.

were there any classes you were able to take before matriculation in may? or does all course work start together after orientation.

Thanks!

Nope! Everything is done in sync with the rest of the cohort starting in may

As a current student I want to say good luck to everyone! RFU is such an amazing school. The faculty is supportive and wants all of us to succeed, I couldn't have imagined the program would be as supportive as it is. We have all heard horror stories about toxic programs but this one is far from it.  I remember what it was like applying and interviewing- just relax and be yourself. You got this!! 🙂

@Icunurse4ever. thank you for the words of encouragement!

Anyone have any tips of what the information session is like? Is it EI Questions being asking to a group of prospective students?
