Hey everyone! I will be applying soon to Rosalind Franklin University's CRNA program starting May 2024.
I know applications in NursingCAS will open on August 10, 2023 and will close on December 15, 2023. I've heard that it is very competitive with rolling admissions so apply early! Interview invites have gone out in September in the past with virtual interviews taking place between October and February. Admission spots were offered last year as early as October.
If you have anything to share throughout this application process, please post here!
Good luck to everyone!!

Totally, I am honestly just extremely disappointed in the entire process of RFU. Feel like they lead dozens of people on, keep their application open for ages to rake in that $$$, stupid insanely generic interview with stupid questions, and their acceptance reasonings are... immoral in my opinion.

I would not disagree with any of that! It's pretty crazy how long they make you wait. Also, congrats on your acceptance!! Did RFU even email you with their decision for you??

No, I'm still on hold with them, it's been forever. And I'm absolutely NOT saying I deserve or was entitled to admission, but here's where my frustration lies- I have been in contact with their admission board for three years now. I have gone to every single one of their meet and greets, events, open houses, etc. I have given them my resume several
times and they have helped me to revamp my resume, I have done every single thing they have recommended between classes, organizations, community service, switched hospitals and literally moved cities to be in a large level 1 ICU, etc etc etc literally took 3 full years to make my resume look good. Have a 4.0. Have their numbers in my phone and have had contact with them several times about shadowing etc. literally gone to conferences with them. They told
me allll this pharmacology to study for the interview, which obviously wasn't part of the interview at all LOL. And that all still wasn't enough. I am grateful I got into another school and it will all work out, but RFU was my dream school and if I did everything they asked and more I'm just confused and feel a little led on, LOL. Also if this gives me away, ?♀️

Ugh, I'm sorry to hear this. This would make me feel the same way.

What did you ask/what was the response?
I emailed about 4 weeks ago and I want to email again (the recommend every 4 weeks per CRNA prep school) but I'm not sure if I'm just annoying at this point ?
