Hi all! I applied to Rosalind Franklin Entry DNP program (CRNA) for Summer 2022. I got an email saying my application is on hold about a week after turning in my application. Wondering if this is a nice way to say I was rejected? And I wanted to start a thread for all other application questions ? thanks!

Do you know how “hold” is different then waitlist? Also how does the waitlist work?
From what I gathered at the interviews, (this is my interpretation, not fact) on hold means that they are putting your application to the side as they interview more candidates. The 2025 cohort will be filled by likely late Feb early March and once the 37 spots are filled, the waitlist forms! I hope this is helpful.
I had interview and then got put on waitlist. I think they will finish interviews and then look at all waitlisted candidates if there are any empty spots or people cancel their spots. Either way, I'm not too hopeful. Chances of people cancelling their spots are pretty low. They interviewed approx. 25 people each session and have 8 sessions.
People are forgetting that they have a ton of interview sessions, my buddy isn't till the last one (next year) because when he tried to register the rest were filled. They aren't going to accept every right away in the first interview unless you blew it out of the water.
I expect most people will get a hold, this has a negative aspect because people in the later interviews will have a favorable recency bias.

I still haven't heard anything. Waiting really sucks. Anyone else get any emails?
