Hello all!

I have read all of the posts from the 2020 group and wanted to start the 2021 thread in hopes of connecting with other applicants while we all try and navigate this during the pandemic. I applied to RFU CRNA DNP program and have scheduled my interview. I have not received the email with the interview information in it, but I am certain it is via webcam. Does anyone have any additional info or tips of how to best prepare? I am of course revisiting all of my CCRN material! Has anyone else scheduled their interview, if so did you receive notification of being granted an interview? I log on and check my checklist frequently and when I logged on it was there for me to schedule, so I did. I am extremely excited, just curious if anyone else experienced this. Also, are they interviewing everyone since they will be over webcam? Looking forward to connecting with y'all!

Hello! Hope all is well and staying positive.

Has anybody who interviewed in February been accepted? Anybody here who was previously on hold heard recently about being accepted or waitlisted?

Hi all,

I was placed on hold in early February and have not heard anything. Does it seem like all the seats are filled from those of you on the facebook group? Also, are you accepted via email? Congrats to everyone who will be starting the program!

You get a notification that an update has been posted to the application portal. That’s how I found out. From the facebook group it looks like there’s 26 of us out of 35 but you need to account for those not on facebook. Also not everyone admitted takes a seat. I know of someone going somewhere else. I hope you hear one way or another soon and best of luck!

For those of you who interviewed in February but have not yet received any communication via email, log in to your portal you created to schedule your interview and you will see your status. I did not get an email saying there was an update in my portal but there is a waitlist decision there. Hopefully this helps alleviate some stress of hearing back.

Is there a specific link to that? I can’t seem to find the portal.

Heard today as well that I am waitlisted. Fingers crossed for a miracle at this point. But, staying positive! ?

I don’t see a waitlist status? It just shows the admissions counselor and it shows my interview date... so I’m not sure where to check
