The lowest that I know of that was guaranteed a spot was 3.66. I have a friend who was an alternate with a 3.57 that ended up getting a seat.

I also applied for Spring 2012. Still no email from HCC that they received my application. But I did go to the DM campus and dropped it off mid-May. It's going to be a long wait until we hear in September.

I also applied into the Spring 2012 program! No email yet... but everything is showing as 'received' in web advisor. I also have a 3.2 gpa so hopefully spring cutoff is lower than fall. Did anyone apply anywhere else? I also applied into SPC's program.

I still haven't gotten the email that I received my application, however it is in webadvisor showing the received some of my doucments. Anyone else get the email?

Hey guys,

They won't send you anything in your emails. They'll send you a letter in the mail. I urge you guys not to freak out too much. It's alot of anxiousness to have until you get the letter. GPA for Fall's accepted students were 3.5s Many of the lower GPA students did not get their first choice, unfortunately, so be prepared to travel if you need to.

By the way, don't lose hope if you got an alternate seat. They called 10 people the Monday BEFORE orientations for the fall students so keep that in mind.

Hey all I've also applied for the Spring 2012 program at DM. I am applying with a 3.2 gpa praying that it's enough to get me in free and clear or as an alternate as well. I submitted my app in May after I finished my last pre-req they received all my docs but I'm worried since they haven't updated my pre-reqs since June 6! :uhoh3: And it still says incomplete. I contacted the appropriate people and they said they''re still reviewing the pre-reqs and getting all info updated. Good luck to you all!

Just to clarify they do send out two emails to ur hawknet email address saying if theyve recieved ur application and stuff

Thanks Bri32010! I did check my email and I did get one on Wednesday saying they did get my application. Phew! Now, just down to the wait.

You wont hear anything until Sept more then likely...at least I think that's when the last Spring class heard. I am currenlty in the program so I if you have any questions feel free to ask.
