I havent found any threads on the Spring 2012 Nursing program, soo i figured id start one! I have already recieved an Email saying everything has been recieved, just waiting on my letter to see if I was accepted! Does anyone know when theyll be sent out? Has anyone recieved that email yet? :redpinkhe

man i havent been on here in a couple weeks and i have missed so much!! what are the numbers you guys are referring to for the books you are posting? whats the isbn number? and also, for sure what do we need for our scrubs? is it white shoes, white top, and port wine pants? where have you guys been looking for those? btw, ill be at dale mabry campus for the night weekend schedule and i also work full time during the day so im hoping there is someone out there that will be doing the same crazy thing as me so im not alone! if anyone wants to do a study group i would definitely be down for that depending on when you do it! i want to start studying right away.

Hi becky rules.. The color for the uniforms are definitely Port Wine pants, White shirts and white shoes... I check with the program director and she confirmed it with me and stated that she will be going over it at orientation... Clinical Caculations ISBN 978-7-4160-4740-7... I also listed a website that helps you with the calculations, so if you can read pages 16-21 of the past post because I put so much stuff on there for everyone. I don't have the information with me now (sorry)... I am interested in a study group however I am assigned to the Plant City Campus and hoping that at orientation I can get into the night and weekend classes.... We will see... But I posted a few things and coupons codes for uniform places... I hope this helps...

OMG, this board has blown up the last few days!!! It's so exciting!!! Only 2 more weeks until orientation. I'm hoping we get the days we will be in class and what days our clinicals will be so that I can make childcare arrangements. I haven't purchased anything yet, I think I'll get the big package of books.

So excited!!!!!

I just purchased the Math & Dosage Calculations & Fundamentals of Nursing on the website that someone recommended in the earlier threads (abebooks.com) and I got them both with shipping for less than $8! :)

It makes it so much more real! I'm still hoping they can switch me to Southshore instead of Dale Mabry afternoons. But if not, that's ok, sometimes things work out better when it doesn't go as you planned, you know what I mean?
