Hey all, I've interviewed at Robert Wood Johnson, a hospital in Central New Jersey and was trying to find out what the starting salary is for an FNP. I'm not looking for anything exact but at least a ballpark figure. Any help would greatly be appreciated and thank you in advance.

Uuuuuuuuuuh, you didn't ask them while you were there? Give me a second here...I have the salaries for all hospitals in the USA and the left half of Canada.

You would think they would tell you but I didn't find out the salary of the position I was interviewing for until I got the offer-even after asking HR about it at the interview..

OP in hospitals (at least the ones I interviewed for in MA) pay is based on a combined scale of your experience as an RN and NP.

Search Salary.com to give some idea..

From people I know, it depends on your experience, range anywhere from 65-80 (I know, pretty broad range). But it's union, also. So you'll be paying union dues.
