Robert Morris College in IL

Published

Hello all,

I have an interview and a tour of RMC next weekend in Aurora and noticed that there isn't a lot of info for that particular school on this forum so I created this thread to hopefully gather questions from fellow pre-nursing students to ask them when I'm there.

Some questions that I already have are:

1. Who accredits RMC on its nursing program?

2. What is the NCLEX-RN pass rate for those who attend this school?

3. Over $70K in tuition for an AAS?! Not really a question, but I'm sure that financial aid is an issue for most students.

Any other questions that you guys might have for this school, please comment on this thread and hopefully I will get them answered for everybody.

Thanks!

Simon

Hi Simon!!! The website says they are accredited by Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Programs, I don't know what that is exactly but there you go. Have you thought about a community college instead of RMC? I go to Elgin Community College, in IL as well. They have what seems like a great nursing program. I am just doing my pre-reqs and gen eds; I expect to apply next August. ECC (or any community college) is a whole lot less money than RMC, just $91 a credit hour! Hope this helps!

Good Luck!

Eric

thanks for the info. I'll check it out!
