I recently passed the the RNC-OB exam and I will not have an official report until 21 days from now, my question is can they change my status from PASS to FAIL? How accurate are the preliminary results that you get at the testing center after completing the test. Needless to say I am over thinking this soooo much! Should I even be freaking out? Especially because I already told everyone that I passed....couldn't contain my excitement.

The immediate results are pretty accurate. I've never heard of anyone being told they passed, then later told they failed. I would not use your credentials RNC-OB until you get the official results, though.

May I ask the outcome? Did your initial result change?

Hi! I was wondering this same thing - If you don't mind me asking, did your official results match your preliminary ones?
