I would buy the Core Curriculum for Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing text by Therese Verklan, and the study guide that goes with it, and just go over the questions system by system. Also download the NCC RNC study guide off their website.
At my last job a bunch of us decided to meet weekly and discuss all the study questions over lunch. We all passed with flying colors.

I used the same book as SteveRN21 and also Merenstein and another one by Gomella. We also had a small study group which helped a great deal.
