What are the shifts for the new grads? Are the shifts permanent or does your schedule constantly change? How long do you have to work as a nurse before you can land a 7am-7pm shift? Is that even possible? Does the typical nurse work 36-40 hours a week? Do you still get benefits if you only work 36 hours a week?
INOVA is not hiring new grads right now. You need to branch out and look throughout Northern VA, DC and possibly Southern Maryland. There are a lot of hospitals out here, but unfortunately, very, very few are hiring new grads right now. From Springfield, if you are willing to commute up to an hour or so, there are a lot of options to try.

I know it's tough for you guys." And she had this really compassionate look on her face. I swear, I felt her pity almost drown me.
