UTA's RN-to-BSN does Not have clinicals. Their MSN does have clinicals.
This is generally true of all RN to BSN or MSN programs. Others I'm familiar with that are in the same category are Ohio, Temple and Drexel. If you do a search, you'll find a list of all of the RN-BSN programs already exists. Not sure about RN-MSN.
The moral of the story is that it is feasible to do the RN-BSN on-line (some schools may have a minimal clinical reqt, often just an observation) but probably not the RN-MSN since you are often responsible for setting up your own clinical rotations with minimal help from the school.

Are there RN-to-BSN programs or MSN programs without clinical, preceptor, or practicum requirements?
Let’s get this list started!
