I am looking for clinical pathways or care plans. Does anyone have a sight that I could look at and download these? It would be expecially beneficial if they could be used for pt. with many problems or co-morbidities.

i have not seen any examples of clinical pathways here on allnurses or on the internet. carpenito has included examples of clinical pathways in her previous care plan books, but i do not know if she still includes them in her current care plan books. you will find weblinks to samples of care plans within the posts on the following student forums threads of allnurses and i have listed one website for you. in general, they are difficult to find due to issues of confidentiality. you need to be cautious of plagiarism as well.
