RN starting pay in you area

Just want to know how much do first time RNs make per hour? I am also a first time RN here in NC and im making 22 per hour with night diff of 4.25 and weekend diff of 4 bucks

New grad RN in Dayton, $27/hr with $3 shift differential.

Starting my first RN job this week at 23.75, central PA. I will be on night shift after my orientation and diff is $1.50 which I think is low personally. But its my first job and they help us get lots of certifications on the floor I'll be working on. Hard to put a price on free education.

The south is notoriously cheap. :) Unfortunately you sound about right on target, if not even a little above the average.
