rn seeks union hospital

i'm looking for a union hospital with defined patient/staff ratios, and cnas on all shifts to handle adls (weights, i & o, bed baths, etc.). am i dreaming? or does such a hospital exist somewhere in the us?

relocation is not a problem!!!! please help!

thank you all for your suggestions, recommendations and comments.

The UW medical center in Seattle is pretty good, Nurses still do a lot of ADL's, but staffing is 4:1 med surg most days, 2:1 , 3:1 oncology. Busy but everyone gets a break.

We are not union. We are a small rural hospital. We have 5:1 staffing in our acute care. We have CNA's who do all the ADL's although we are not too proud to help get a patient off a commode or help pull a patient up in bed or empty a urinal. The CNA is responsible I & O's too. Except the IV stuff.

Before I even saw Germain's reply, I was going to say UW Medical Center. It has to be by far one of the top five hospitals for nurses to work at.
