Hi i am just new here in texas(1month old), i am a registered nurse in philippines and i am looking for a job here texas.. i am planning to take my nclex exam but i need to work first. Is there any way or any hospital institutions will hire me for being a registered nurse in philippines and not having a US license?

Short answer, no. You'll need to get licensed first.

No hospital will hire you to work as a RN without a RN license. They might hire you for non-nursing positions, but if you want to practice as a registered nurse, you need a valid license.

Not as an RN. You may be able to work in a capacity other than nursing. You will need a work visa/sponsorship if you aren't a US citizen.
