Does anyone know of any RN classes at night in San Diego?

No, but on their website Mt. St. Mary's in LA has stated they are starting an evening (actually afternoon) program. They already have a weekend program in place. Sorry couldn't be of more help.

Maric College, a private RN school located in the San Diego area, might offer an evening RN program. However, they are very expensive.

Does anyone know if any of the community colleges in San Diego offer the RN classes at night?

No, the Community Colleges don't really have the staff to support evening RN's. Like someone else said, Maric is an option as is National both about 40K.

Southwestern College in Chula Vista

Grossmont College in El Cajon

Possibly San Diego City College
