There are wildly drastic variations within each state. For example, new grads receive about $32/hourly in Porterville, CA (Central Valley region), but might be offered more than $50/hourly in San Francisco, CA (Bay Area region). Of course, living in Porterville is cheaper and less interesting than life in SF.
A new grad might be offered less than $20/hour in Abilene, TX (West Texas region), but be offered $27/hourly to work in Houston (Southeast Texas region).
Furthermore, new grad jobs are hard to find in many of the states you're considering. In general, your list consists of a myriad of popular destinations.
