Rn moving to Surprise, AZ

Hi,

I am new to this site and will soon be moving to Surprise, Arizona. I have been an RN,C for 16 years. I have managed and have experience in med-surg,oncology,geriatrics,psych & dementia. Which hospitals or LTC facilities in the area offer sign on bonuses, or baylor shifts?

No hospitals are offering sign on bonuses. You are lucky to even get an interview.

I don't know about LTC.

Good luck with your move to Surprise! I have lived in Surprise since 2006. You will love the community. I see job postings all the time for RN's in this area. Not sure about sign on bonuses or baylor shifts, but there are definitely a lot of jobs advertised. Best of luck with your relocation!

Thanks for your reply. Although some on this post reply are saying jobs are hard to find, I am not seeing this when searching nor when I was recently out there. :nurse:

Good luck with your move to Surprise! I have lived in Surprise, AZ since 2006 and really like it here. I am not an RN, infact I am starting CNA class real soon. However, I do see a lot of job postings for RN's in this area all the time. Not sure about sign on bonuses or baylor shifts, but the jobs seem to be out there.

Best of luck with your relocation...I think you'll really like Surprise.
