Can an RN graduate student take a California LPN/LVN NCLEX exam while waiting for the completion of her New York RN NCLEX document requirements ? Thank you.

I have been trying to call so many times but it so difficult to get hold of them ?

No. The requirement is completion of an LVN course. Regardless of what knowledge you currently possess, you don't meet the requirement to take the exam.
