RN licensure by endorsement

Published

hi!allnurses.com have been really a great help to me! i appreciate it a lot.

i would just like to clarify some "RN licensure by endorsement to washington" requirements?

im an internationally trained nurse. as ive read in their website:

"Internationally trained nurses: The state of Washington requires your transcripts with degree listed on it, be sent from the school of nursing. (These must be translated to English and come from the school or another state board.)"

with this statement, im just wondering if i will be able to suffice that specific requirement because as what i know, the TRANSCRIPT from our school doesn't show the following information: (1) the hours of theory and days in clinical practice

in Medical, Surgical, Obstetrics, Nursing of Children (Pediatrics) and Psychiatric Nursing. (2) course description.

Though the RN licensure by endorsement in washington only stated TRANSCRIPT WITH DEGREE LISTED ON IT., it confuses me. will that be enough? or do i need to request my school a kind of transcript that also shows the hours of theory and days in clinical practice, and course description?

Specializes in Medical and general practice now LTC.

If the state requests your transcripts then they have to be sent from our school and I can't see any harm if you ask your school to break it down
